Collaboration between Rubio's and Celebrity Chef Richard Blais combines three flavorful street tacos: Ancho Po-Boy Shrimp, Blaised and Glazed Crispy Chicken and Hula Hula Carnitas. Mix n Match any three served with warm tortilla chips and house black beans.

Family Taco Kit

Choice of all-natural grilled chicken, steak, grilled shrimp or beer-battered Wild Alaska Pollock. Choice of beans and rice, guacamole, three cheese blend, mild salsa, 8 tortillas and tortilla chips. An order of chips and guacamole complements any meal. Our guacamole is prepared fresh daily in our kitchens. We mash Hass avocados, mix with chopped cilantro, and add a sprinkle of natural sea salt, garlic and lime juice. Tortilla chips are also prepared fresh daily with a light sprinkling of all-natural sea salt.
