Homemade strained yogurt with garlic and salt. Like cream cheese.

Z's Hummus

Pureed chickpeas flavored with a hint of garlic, tahini, fresh, lemon juice and olive oil.

Piyaz

Traditional Turkish salads, piyaz is great northern beans dressed in olive oil, fresh lemon juice and vinegar.

Kisir

Tabuli. Bulgur wheat with finely chopped parsley, scallions, red pepper paste, tomatoes and fresh lemon juice.

Grape Leaves Dolma

Handrolled grape leaves stuffed with rice, fragrant herbs, currants and pinenuts, dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Saucy Eggplant

Lightly fried cubes of eggplant topped with fresh sauteed tomato, jalapenos and garlic.
