Selection of Burger Toppings

All burgers come with a choice of two toppings: American cheese, provolone cheese, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, jalapenos.

Springs Burger

Same great burger, only 6 oz.

Teriyaki Chicken

Fruit juices blended with brown sugar and soy sauce marinate a 6 oz. chicken breast for a savory sandwich.

Red Rocks Rooster

Seasoned, floured chicken breast deep fried and splashed with hot sauce. Served on a toasted bun with bleu cheese dressing on the side.

Gunnison Grill

Pit ham grilled on marble rye with swiss cheese, smoked bacon and sliced tomatoes then lightly brushed with honey mustard sauce.

Boulder Burger

8 oz. of ground sirloin charbroiled and served on a toasted roll with lettuce, tomato and red onion.

Ranch House Chicken

6 oz. chicken breast breaded in seasoned flour and deep fried. Topped with provolone cheese and hickory smoked bacon strips with a side of ranch dressing.

This burger is all about our fresh ground beef, two springs burgers stacked with triple the cheese, plus pickles on a toasted brioche bun.
